1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Mintants website (the "Site") or engaging Mintants AI LLP ("Mintants", "we", "us", or "our") for any services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our applicable policies. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

2. Services

Mintants is an AI product studio providing agentic AI development, business process automation, fintech product development, and AI strategy and consulting. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement are defined in a separate written agreement or statement of work between you and Mintants.

Information presented on the Site is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer, professional advice, or a guarantee of any particular outcome.

3. Use of the site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, interfere with its normal operation, introduce malicious code, or use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it or infringe the rights of others.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Site including text, graphics, logos, the Mintants name and marks, and design is owned by or licensed to Mintants AI LLP and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written consent.

Ownership of intellectual property in deliverables produced under a client engagement is governed by the applicable statement of work or services agreement, not by these Terms.

5. Third-party links and services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or reference third-party tools and services. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third parties. Accessing them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

6. Confidentiality

Any confidential information exchanged in the course of an engagement is handled under the confidentiality terms of the relevant agreement between you and Mintants. We treat client information with care and do not disclose it except as agreed or as required by law.

7. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mintants AI LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Liability arising from a paid engagement is limited as set out in the applicable services agreement.

9. Advisory platform (RA/RIA) terms

Mintants AI LLP offers a white-labelled advisory platform (the "Advisory Platform" or "Advisory Tool") licensed to SEBI-registered Research Analysts (RA) and Registered Investment Advisers (RIA) to support paperless KYC onboarding, client management, research-call tracking, and related compliance workflows. Access is provided on a subscription basis under the plan you select at sign-up.

The Advisory Platform is software infrastructure only. Mintants AI LLP is not a Research Analyst, Investment Adviser, broker, or distributor, and does not provide investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. Any research, recommendations, or advice delivered through the platform originate solely from you, the SEBI-registered subscriber, who remains fully responsible for their content, suitability, and regulatory compliance.

You are solely responsible for maintaining your own valid SEBI registration and for complying with all applicable SEBI regulations, circulars, and advertisement/compliance codes when using the platform. You must not use the Advisory Platform if your registration is suspended, cancelled, or has lapsed. You agree to indemnify Mintants AI LLP against any claim, penalty, or loss arising from your regulatory non-compliance or your use of the platform to communicate with clients.

You are responsible for the accuracy of client data you upload, for obtaining any consents required to process that data, and for the outcomes of any research calls or advice you distribute. Mintants provides tooling to record and track this activity but does not verify, endorse, or take responsibility for the substance of your advice.

Subscriptions renew automatically for the applicable billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. Fees, billing cycles, and usage limits are as described on your order or plan page. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment or for breach of these Terms or applicable law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the "last updated" date will be revised accordingly. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.
